Rental Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund provided that they provide a minimum of 48h notice before the scheduled shipping date. Requests for cancellation made within this timeframe will be processed promptly, and refunds will be issued accordingly.
Please note that cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a full refund, and any applicable fees or charges incurred prior to cancellation may be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the equipment is sold, refunds are not applicable.
