At Wanshing Machinery, we aim to make your equipment rental experience smooth and transparent. Before placing your rental order, please review the following key policies:
Rental Period & Usage Limits:
Standard rental rates are based on single-shift use (up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week). Overtime usage may result in additional charges.
Prepayment & Refunds:
Full payment is required before equipment delivery. Orders canceled 48 hours prior to the delivery date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Delivery & Pickup:
We provide local delivery in Vancouver and Edmonton. Please ensure the site is accessible and a representative is available at the scheduled time.
Responsibility & Safety:
Renters are responsible for safe use, maintenance, and protection of the equipment during the rental period. All operators must be trained and qualified to use the equipment.
Damages & Return Conditions:
Equipment must be returned clean and in proper working condition. Additional charges apply for damages, missing parts, or cleaning.
Malfunctions:
In case of equipment malfunction (not caused by misuse), we will repair, replace, or refund the remaining rental period.
