Rental Order Cancellation Policy

  • Rental customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
  • Requests for cancellation within this timeframe will be processed promptly.
  • Cancellations after the 48-hour window may not qualify for a full refund. Any applicable administrative or logistical costs may be deducted.
  • Please email us at sales@wanshing.com to initiate your cancellation.

No Refund on Sold Equipment

  • All used forklift sales are final. Once the equipment is sold and delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
  • We strongly encourage buyers to review all equipment details, specs, and condition reports before completing a buy used forklift transaction.

Warranty & Support

  • We offer a ONE-month powertrain warranty for every used forklift we sell.
  • All units are fully inspected and serviced before dispatch to ensure reliable performance.
