Sales Coordinator - Base + Uncapped Commission - Full Time

Wanshing Machinery is a Richmond-based company specializing in the sales, rental, and service of forklifts and material handling equipment. As a growing provider of industrial equipment solutions, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to help generate new opportunities, support customer communication, and keep our sales process organized and moving forward.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator plays a key support role in our sales process, from handling initial customer inquiries to preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating delivery. This is not a pure cold-call role, but you do need to be comfortable making outbound calls, following up consistently, and communicating professionally with local businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication, sales support, and coordination in a fast-moving equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Make outbound calls and send emails to local businesses to generate new leads, follow up on quotes, and keep potential customers engaged.
  • Customer Support & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in. Provide professional service and basic product information to customers.
  • Quoting & Invoicing: Prepare accurate sales and rental quotations and invoices, and support the sales process with timely customer communication and follow-up.
  • Online Listings Management: Manage equipment listings on business platforms, social media, and industry websites. This includes maintaining accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos.
  • Administrative Workflow: Coordinate deliveries and communication between sales, service, and customers to help ensure a smooth process from inquiry to delivery.
  • Lead Tracking: Maintain organized records of leads, quotes, and customer activity in the company database to support follow-up and sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Canadian work experience in sales support, customer service, office administration, or coordination is preferred. Experience in equipment, automotive, construction, or industrial sectors is a strong asset.
  • Communication: Comfortable making outbound calls and writing professional business emails. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Organization & Accuracy: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with quotes, invoices, and customer records.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. QuickBooks or Xero experience is a bonus.
  • Multi-tasking: Able to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission).

Forklift Mechanic - Full Time & Part Time

Job Description

Wanshing Machinery offer a wide range of commercial machinery services since 2006. Now we want a new mechanic trainee to join our service department. To succeed in this role, you should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of basic mechanic’s tools, service, and diagnostic equipment. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with good communication and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Basic Knowledge of mechanic
  • Driver Lic.
  • Oil Change,Tires, wheels (Basic knowledge)
  • Hydraulic/Mechanical, automotive system (Basic knowledge)
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Experience of forklift service is an asset

Job Duties

  • Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
  • When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service equipment in a clean and professional manner
  • Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
  • Other duties assigned as needed

  • Fluency in Chinese/Cantonese considered an asset
